Nathalie Vin is a mixed-media mosaic artist based in Palma de Mallorca. Her work explores humanity and how we perceive the world, the systems we create, and our place within something larger than ourselves.
Numbers, fragments, pixels, hidden messages and symbols recur throughout her work, forming a language that moves between the material and the invisible. Science, technology, time and the universe appear not as subjects to explain, but as ways of questioning what it means to be human.
Her process is slow and intuitive. Glass, ceramic, gold, holograms, lenticulars, computer components, Perspex, glow in the dark and other materials are assembled and fragmented until new relationships begin to emerge. Small elements become part of larger structures; what seems abstract up close can reveal something entirely different from a distance.
At the centre of her practice is a persistent question: what connects us?
Beyond language, culture and individual experience, Vin searches for traces of something shared — a common memory, an underlying structure, an invisible thread running through us all.
Her work does not attempt to provide an answer.
It asks us to look again.
